90-Day Results Guarantee
We stand by our methodology and offer a 90-day results guarantee on our service packages. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- Measurable Improvement: If, after 90 days from the service start date, we have not achieved a measurable improvement in your key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined in your project agreement (e.g., lead volume, conversion rate), you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Client Cooperation: The client must have fully cooperated throughout the project, provided all necessary information and access, and implemented all delivered solutions as specified by our team.
- Request Process: A refund request must be submitted in writing to info@cortex-systems.site within 10 days following the 90-day period. The request must include supporting documentation and a detailed explanation of why the guarantee was not met.
Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has commenced.
- Post-Commencement Cancellation: If work has already begun, any cancellation is subject to charges for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The client will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
- Completed Work: Once a service or project deliverable is completed and handed over, it is non-refundable. However, the intellectual property and rights to the completed work remain with the client upon payment.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The following applies:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Any bank transfer fees or payment processor fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
